MARKET TURNAROUND: BEST QUARTER IN 2025
Following the rebound in October and record results in November, BoomBit delivered another strong month in December, slightly exceeding the November peak.
This performance confirms the sustained turnaround trend and supports the Group’s strategy of scaling a diversified portfolio of evergreen titles while rapidly expanding newer high performing releases.
Gross revenue reached $6.13M in December 2025. Q4 2025 revenue was 30.6% higher than Q3 2025 and 35.7% higher year over year, making it the best quarter since Q2 2022.
Growth in December was driven by the strength of Darts Club, supported by increased player engagement during the ongoing World Championships, alongside continued solid contributions from newer high performing titles, particularly Big Helmets: Heroes of Destiny. The elevated player inflow and engagement levels observed in December are expected to support a stronger active player base entering 2026.
CORE PROFITABILITY STRENGTHENS YEAR OVER YEAR
Revenue less platform fees and user acquisition costs in December reached highest ever $2.73M, increasing 29.6% month over month and 53.4% year over year, reflecting continued improvement in underlying profitability and disciplined cost execution.
In December 2025, the Group recognized $0.38M in revenue related to the sale of the Idle Inventor game. This transaction represents a non recurring item resulting from ongoing portfolio optimization and does not reflect underlying operating performance.
During the same period, approximately $0.31M in revenue was recognized in connection with legacy $BOOM token agreements. This amount was recognized upon fulfillment of contractual performance conditions and represents a non recurring item tied to earlier blockchain activities. With these legacy obligations now completed, BoomBit is fully focused on allocating capital and management resources toward scaling its core mobile gaming operations in 2026.
Adjusted revenue less platform fees and user acquisition costs, excluding blockchain projects, the IronSource bonus and one-off transactions, amounted to $1.97M in December 2025, representing a 44.7% year over year increase.
This was the second highest adjusted result in 2025, confirming that the Group’s core business performance remains on a positive trajectory.
Q4 2025 marked BoomBit’s strongest quarter since Q1 2024 and capped our best monthly performance of the year in December. We are seeing consistent momentum across both evergreen titles and newer high performers, while maintaining strict discipline on user acquisition and costs. With all legacy blockchain matters now concluded, we enter 2026 fully focused on scaling our core mobile gaming business and strengthening sustainable profitability.
