Boombit Group – 2025 Results
BoomBit, an international developer and publisher of mobile games conducted a significant operational reset in 2025, including cost reduction, portfolio optimization, and discontinuation of activities in areas unrelated to the core mobile business. The results of Q4 2025, the Group’s strongest quarter since the beginning of 2024, confirm that the actions taken have produced tangible results.
Q4 2025 THE STRONGEST QUARTER SINCE THE BEGINNING OF 2024
Revenues from mobile games amounted to 203.4 mln PLN and were 6.5% lower than a year earlier (PLN 217.4 million). Adjusted EBITDA for the year amounted to PLN 25.7 million compared to PLN 30.5 million in 2024, and adjusted net profit reached PLN 5.1 million compared to PLN 10.8 million a year earlier.
Three main factors influenced the 2025 results. The first was the challenging conditions in the mobile advertising market, which was reflected in the weaker results of the first three quarters. The second was the significant appreciation of the Polish zloty, which negatively impacted revenue growth in PLN (revenue in USD terms was 4.3% higher year-on-year). The third was non-cash impairment charges related to our shares in an associated company and games, which totaled 10.5 PLN million.
In Q4 2025 alone, the Group had PLN 9.2 million of adjusted EBITDA, which is 46.4% more quarter-on-quarter, and PLN 3.8 million of adjusted net profit, which means a 199% increase quarter-on-quarter. The mobile games segment alone had PLN 60 million of revenue (+27.5% quarter-on-quarter) and generated PLN 10.1 million of adjusted EBITDA, which means a 58% increase quarter-on-quarter, and PLN 4.5 million of adjusted net profit, which is +235% more than in Q3 2025
The fourth quarter of 2025 proved to be an operational turning point and was the Group's strongest quarter since the beginning of 2024. The first months of 2026 confirm that this positive trend is maintained.
Looking at 2026, we enter it with a lower cost base, stronger operating dynamics and a strengthened portfolio with balanced and scalable structure. We are consciously increasing our User Acquisition spending, guided by our return on investment and confident that it will translate positively into results in the coming months.
We have also completed historical projects (including blockchain projects) that were unrelated to our core competency - mobile products. This has allowed us to stabilize our cash flow and provides us with prospects for further improvement in the future.
Our goal for 2026 is to scale our core mobile gaming business profitably, continue our positive earnings momentum, and build long-term value for our shareholders.
GAMES RESULTS
Darts Club, which has been present on the market for many years, achieved its best result in history in 2025, confirming that a consistent approach to live operations and user acquisition allows for the long-term growth of evergreen games.
Thanks to new titles, the Group portfolio has become more diversified and scalable. Big Helmets: Heroes of Destiny, which debuted in October, took second place in terms of revenue in the fourth quarter of 2025, and for the entire year, it ranked eighth, generating USD 1.79m. Mini Golf Club, which debuted in early 2026, has been performing very well from the outset, reaching second place in terms of revenue in March 2026.
Hunters Origin and Idle BitCoin Empire were also successful launches, and we still have the debut of Mybots: Mech Battle Arena, which is currently in the soft launch phase. This expanded portfolio allows us to reduce dependency on a single game, supporting stable and repeatable performance.
