The BoomBit Group had $4.4M (-13.5%) sales revenue in June. User Acquisition expenses decreased to $2.19M (-21.3%) and platform fees to $0.48M (-15.3). BoomBit Group revenues less UA and platform fees amounted to $1.70M (-0.2%) and number of downloads of games was 12.7 million.

In June, we observed significant declines in both revenue and associated user acquisition costs. The high decline in user acquisition applies to our entire portfolio, including both Mid-Core and Hyper-Casual games. This was a deliberate decision on our part, directly linked to the start of the holiday season. During this period, players exhibit lower activity, the number and duration of individual gameplay sessions decrease, and as a result, microtransaction and advertising consumption are lower. This means that users acquired in June will be less profitable for us in the second and third months following installation, which will occur in July and August, i.e., during the summer vacation period. Consequently, we have raised our expectations regarding short-term return on investment for user acquisition, which naturally translates into a lower scale of such activities. In recent days, we have entered into a partnership agreement to publish the game Easy Boxing, which will be developed by Vivid Games. BoomBit will be responsible for distribution and promotion of this title. This is another collaboration with external studios this year, bringing interesting titles to our portfolio. We are actively working on expanding our game portfolio in the casual and mid-core segments, and we expect that this effort will be reflected in the results later this year.
