BoomBit Group’ revenue from sales in March amounted to $3.86M (-0.5% m/m), including $3.85M from mobile games. User Acquisition expenses increased to $2.01M (6.6% m/m), as well as platform fees to $0.39M (18.6% m/m). The Group had 15.0 million downloads and $1.45M (-12.5% m/m) of revenue, less UA and platform fees. Excluding revenue from blockchain projects, the result amounted to $1.44M (-12.5% m/m).
The impact on the reported lower revenue in the last month was primarily due to the lack of accounting for the integration fee arising from the agreement with Ironsource, which ended in February. This fee was recognized on a linear basis over the past 24 months. Most of the titles in March achieved similar results. The higher platform fees are due to Google's policy and the end of the promotional period in the first weeks of the year, while the slight increase in marketing expenses is mainly caused by changes in the intensity and timing of certain campaigns compared to the previous month. In the coming months, we plan to release several new titles, which are currently in the final stage of preparation and testing.
