BoomBit Group revenue from sales in May amounted to $4.24M (9.3% m/m), including $4.24M from mobile games. User Acquisition expenses increased to $2.18M (17.0% m/m), while platform fees increased to $0.42M (6.8% m/m). The Group had 20.7 million downloads and $1.64M (+1.1% m/m) of revenue, less UA and platform fees. Excluding revenue from blockchain projects, the result amounted to $1.63M (+1.3% m/m).

In May, we recorded nearly a 10% increase in revenue compared to the previous few months. Higher User Acquisition spending was mainly related to the promotion of a major update to Hunt Royale, as well as increased investment in the hyper-casual games segment. We are working on several promising deals tied to new initiatives, and we’re proud to announce that we have just signed a publishing agreement with the renowned film and television producer UFA. In cooperation with the Berlin-based studio Stratosphere, we will jointly develop and publish the game The Kingdom: Medieval Tales. The project will be supported by a promotional campaign carried out in collaboration with German television, reaching millions of viewers. One of the most recognizable and iconic IPs in German pop culture — continuously broadcast since the early 1990s — will be used in the game’s promotion. “The Kingdom: Medieval Tales is a game set in a medieval kingdom where players will develop and manage their own realm. The gameplay will include RPG elements, allowing the creation of a unique settler community and the crafting of an individual story — full of emotion, challenges, and extraordinary discoveries. The game is scheduled for release at the end of the third quarter of 2025.
