In October, the BoomBit Group had $5.43M (+25.7%) in revenue, including $4.43M from mobile games (+12.9%), and $1.01M from blockchain projects. The sharp increase in blockchain revenues was caused by the one-off recognition of revenues from SAFT agreements for the sale of the $BOOM token. These contracts were signed by BoomLand from 2022. User Acquisition expenses increased to $2.78M (28.7%), and platform fees decreased to $0.41M (-2.5%). In total, including recognized revenue from blockchain projects, the Group had $2.25M (+28.6%) of revenue, less UA and platform fees. The number of downloads in October was 14.8 million.

We ended October with an over 25% increase in sales revenue and similar growth in User Acquisition expenses. The increase in revenues was positively influenced by the recognition of additional revenues from blockchain projects, which related to SAFT agreements from 2022 for the sale of the $BOOM token. Up to now, in accordance with Group’s accounting policy, they were presented in liabilities, and after the October TGE (Token Generation Event), they were recognized in revenues. From the perspective of the contribution of specific titles, we are pleased that as many as five games exceeded the PLN1M revenue level. Among them was the game Idle Farm, released in mid-September, in which we see great potential. Hunt Royale has traditionally earned the most, and we hope that with the launch of new marketing campaigns, its result will be higher in the following months. We are also working intensively on new titles, created internally and under agreements with external partners. Recently, we have signed a new publishing agreement with the Polish studio Madcore for the release of an Action RPG game, with a planned release in the second half next year.
