BoomBit Group revenue in February 2022

Revenue from games of the BoomBit Group in February 2022 amounted to USD 4.72M (-21% m/m). User Acquisition decreased to USD 2.64M (-27% m/m), and platform fees costs increased to USD 0.38M (+4% m/m). As a result, revenue less UA & platform fees amounted to USD 1.7M in February (-15% m/m). The total number of downloads of BoomBit Group games in February is 18 million.

February is the shortest month of the year with almost 10% fewer days than in other months. When converted to the number of days in February, the results are comparable or even better in comparison to the last dozen or so months. Therefore we believe that February results are very good, even more so as we have not recently released any large games which would generate additional, significant revenue. This situation has changed recently, as on Thursday, March 3rd, we launched Baseball Club, a new Mid-Core title created by the experienced internal team. We strongly count on that title when thinking about this year's results. Additionally, in accordance with our long term three-pillar strategy in February we have created a new Joint Venture. This time we started cooperating with Cherrypick Games, an experienced and known Polish mobile gaming company. Together we will work on games from the Merge genre. Up until this moment we did not have this genre in our portfolio and we believe it to be a strong and interesting addition to our offer. We will also use our experience and internal tool in order to promote several order titles from our new partner's portfolio.

Revenues from Hyper-Casual games amounted to USD 2.3M in February and, similarly to the previous month, accounted for half of all revenues from games. Among the most popular titles are two Mid-Core games, Hunt Royale and Darts Club, as well as the well-known Hyper-Casual games: Crazy Plane Landing, Car Driving School Simulator and Jump Into The Plane.

The BoomBit Group consistently implements a strategy based on the diversification of sources of income and prepares new titles by developing all three pillars of activity: in-house production, BoomHits and Joint Ventures. Baseball Club, a new Mid-Core game prepared by the BoomBit Clubs team, was released on March 3, and in February the Group concluded a joint venture agreement with Cherrypick Games, a producer and publisher of mobile games, which is listed on NewConnect. As part of this cooperation, companies plan to coordinate their efforts and know-how in respective areas in order to publish mobile games from the “Merge” genre. The first such production may be launched on the market at the end of 2022, and earlier the BoomBit Group will test the scalability of several ready-made games from the partner’s portfolio in which the company sees great potential and the possibility of using the tools used to promote the BoomBit Group games.
