BoomBit will pay PLN 3.2M advance dividend
The first half of the year, the results of which we recently published, were record-breaking for us, we achieved unprecedented levels of revenue from games and improved our EBITDA and net profit. We are also optimistic about the coming months. BoomBit develops all three pillars of the business and we want to further expand the scale of operations, sharing the profit with shareholders at the same time. We are glad that we will provide the first funds to investors this year.

The advance payment for the dividend will amount to almost PLN 3.2M (USD 0.8M), which means PLN 0.20 per share (USD 0.06 per share). The date of determining the shareholders entitled to the advance is November 3, 2021, and the date of payment of the advance is November 10, 2021.
The amount earmarked for the advance payment is not more than half of the company’s profit earned from the end of the previous financial year, as shown in the financial statements prepared as at June 30, 2021 and audited by a statutory auditor.
