UHY ECA Audyt sp. z o.o. (formerly: UHY ECA Audyt spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp. k.) is the audit firm which is auditing and reviewing the Company’s financial statements and the BoomBit Group’s consolidated financial statements for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024. On 1 July 2023, there was a transfer of the organised part of the enterprise pertaining to the audit department from UHY ECA Audyt sp. z o.o. sp. k. to UHY ECA Audyt sp. z o.o.
The Company’s Supervisory Board granted approval by resolution dated on 27 July 2023, for the transfer of all rights and obligations arising from the concluded agreement for the audit of financial statements to UHY ECA Audyt sp. z o.o.
The selection of the audit firm was made by the Company’s Supervisory Board. The agreement with the audit firm was concluded on 6 July 2022.
No permitted non-audit services have been provided to BoomBit by the audit firm auditing BoomBit’s financial statements.
Main assumptions of the policy of selection of an audit firm for the purpose of audit and the policy for the audit firm conducting the audit, the entities related to said audit firm and a member of an audit firm’s network to render permitted non-audit services:
- the regulations applicable at the Company provide for selecting an audit firm based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, in accordance with the applicable legal conditions;
- the recommendation as to selection of an audit firm to conduct the audit complied with the applicable laws and the policies and procedures of audit firm selection adopted by BoomBit.
