Q1 2026 Results
BoomBit, an international developer and publisher of mobile games, delivered its best quarterly revenue since Q4 2022 in the first quarter of 2026, supported by two new title launches that contributed materially to the result. Adjusted EBITDA rose 95% year-on-year to USD 2.5M.
BEST QUARTERLY REVENUE SINCE Q4 2022
Revenues from mobile games amounted to USD 18.7M in Q1 2026, up 47.5% from USD 12.7M a year earlier.
This was the Group’s strongest quarterly revenue result since Q4 2022 and the third consecutive quarter of sequential revenue growth. Key factors driving revenue growth included the seasonal peak of Darts Club and the successful launches of Mini Golf Club and Idle Bitcoin Empire.
Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was USD 2.5M, up 95% from USD 1.3M in Q1 2025. Adjusted net profit reached USD 0.89M, compared to USD 0.03M a year earlier, reflecting both revenue scale and the removal of non-core costs from the prior year base.
The contribution margin (revenue less platform fees, revshare and user acquisition spend) was USD 4.9M in Q1 2026, up USD 0.8M or 18% versus Q1 2025.
The more modest growth in contribution margin relative to headline revenue reflects deliberate scaling of user acquisition investment behind the two new title launches, consistent with the Group’s model of investing ahead of revenue.
Excluding the one-off item recorded in December 2025, the underlying contribution margin was approximately USD 4.9M in Q4 2025, meaning the base held stable quarter-on-quarter.
Q1 2026 was our strongest quarter in over three years by revenue, with results significantly ahead of the same period last year. Darts Club was the primary driver in the opening months of 2026, and both of our Q1 2026 releases, Mini Golf Club and Idle Bitcoin Empire, contributed heavily. Early retention and monetisation data across both titles supports our confidence in their long-term revenue contribution.
Mini Golf Club deserves particular attention. Despite being at an early stage of development, with its full set of mechanics and monetisation features still to come, it is already achieving engagement KPIs close to Darts Club, our flagship benchmark. That combination of early KPI strength and significant product runway ahead makes it the most promising new title we have released in years. We expect Mini Golf Club to be among the titles with the greatest impact on Group revenue and financial results in 2026.
We have also made real progress on artificial intelligence during the quarter. In Q1 2026 we launched an autonomous engine that automates the creation and testing of game concepts, meaningfully accelerating our development pipeline. AI is now embedded in our marketing operations and video content production. Looking ahead, we are building analytical tools to support portfolio management and detect performance anomalies across our games. These initiatives are expected to improve both the speed and capital efficiency of how we develop and scale titles.
CEO of BoombitGAMES RESULTS
Darts Club was again the Group’s top-grossing title in Q1 2026, generating USD 3.34M in revenue, up approximately USD 0.84 or 34% versus Q4 2025. The increase was driven by the seasonal peak in demand during the World Darts Championships held at the turn of the year. Darts Club represented approximately 18% of total mobile gaming revenue in the quarter.
Six titles individually generated revenues above USD 0.85M in Q1 2026, including two new releases: Mini Golf Club (4th place, USD 1.36M) and Idle Bitcoin Empire (6th place, USD 0.86M). The top six titles collectively accounted for 55% of total Group mobile gaming revenue.
The portfolio is broad and well-diversified, with two newly launched titles placing in the top six revenue contributors in their first full quarter.
