Q2 2026 Results

BoomBit, an international developer and publisher of mobile games, delivered another quarter of year-on-year revenue growth, supported by the solid performance of its flagship titles  Adjusted EBITDA rose 47% year-on-year to USD 2M.

ANOTHER QUARTER OF YEAR-ON-YEAR REVENUE GROWTH

Total mobile gaming revenue amounted to USD 14.9M in Q2 2026, compared with USD 18.8M in Q1 2026 and USD 12.4M in Q2 2025, representing a sequential decrease of approximately 21% and year-on-year growth of approximately 20%.

Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was USD 1.99M, up 47% from USD 1.36M in Q2 2025. Adjusted net profit reached USD 0.65M, compared to USD -0.005M a year earlier. The consolidated adjusted results for Q2 2026 exclude a non-cash impairment charge of USD 0.5M related to the carrying value of capitalised game development costs.

The contribution margin (revenue less platform fees, revshare and user acquisition spend) was USD 4.5M in Q2 2026, up USD 0.2M or 5% versus Q2 2025.

Q2 2026 was another quarter of year-on-year revenue growth, confirming the continued strength of our more diverse portfolio, which gives us a stronger base than a year ago.

Our flagship titles remained the key contributors to the Group’s performance, while the new releases continued to gain traction and broaden the foundation for future growth. Darts Club secured its position as the largest contributor to Group revenue, whereas Mini Golf Club continued to perform strongly and was one of our key growth drivers. The normalisation of demand following the Darts Club seasonal peak at the beginning of the year was reflected in the quarter-on-quarter results.

The Q2 moderation also reflects a market-wide trend, with lower UA spend across networks, geos and genres. We're adapting to these conditions by testing new creatives and playables, while taking a flexible approach to UA campaigns for our key titles.

GAMES RESULTS

Darts Club remained the Group’s top-grossing title in Q2 2026, generating USD 2.18M in revenue, compared with USD 3.34M in Q1. Mini Golf Club delivered further strong performance, ranking second in the portfolio with USD 1.57M in revenue, up approximately 16% versus Q1, despite having launched only at the beginning of the year.

Six titles collectively accounted for 54% of total mobile gaming revenue in Q2, broadly in line with 53% in Q1, underscoring the continued diversification of the portfolio.
