IPO

In Q2 2019 BoomBit launched the initial public offering. As a result of the public offering with the total value of PLN 35.1M, the Company received PLN 24.7M. The funds were allocated to intensive game development, establishment of internal analytical tools and reinforcement of competences in the field of user acquisition.

As part of the IPO 701,500 C-series ordinary bearer shares were allocated to Individual investors and 1,148,500 shares were allocated to Institutional investors, including: 550,000 B-series ordinary bearer shares and 598,500 C-series ordinary bearer shares.
